Between our staff we have over 50 years of experience in golf course greenkeeping management, general landscaping and the maintaining of a variety of grasses to an exacting standard.
We need to be highly skilled, flexible and knowledgeable about our industry as many of the patrons who play on the surfaces and areas we prepare daily have their own high expectations when paying to play golf and it’s those demands that drive us forward in standards.
Lawn Boys was born out of a pure love for seeing beautifully kept and manicured lawn and landscape areas and it is those lawn areas we are now specialising in with an opportunity that has presented itself to extend our commercial expertise to the home owner.

Hi my name is Tom Seville, the first Lawn Boy.
My life has been somewhat consumed by golf. From a young age the sport fascinated me and competing started early but with any sport competing comes at a cost.
To help with this cost I started greenkeeping from a young age and thanks to the guidance, not only did I pick up some amazing knowledge but a greater passion for my sport and what goes into creating the stage we perform on.
So, what better way to put these skills to use than to create a stage for others that they get to see every day out of their bedroom window!
Lewis
Hi my name is Lewis Smith, second in command and team member of the Lawn Boys.
Similar to Tom, golf has been a huge part of my life, from as long as I can remember I was out on the golf course from dawn to dusk.
Greenkeeping was a part time job for me from early on in my adult life, helping me get into working life while keeping me close to the sport I love. Throughout this career path I picked up invaluable skills, knowledge and expertise and ultimately a love for the lawn care industry, loving the precision and intricacies that came with it.
With a passion and love for the industry, along with a great friendship with Tom, being apart of the Lawn Boys team was an obvious path for me to take to help support, grow and master the industry that is Lawn Care.
Cam
Hi, my name is Cam Laird, assistant manager and team member of Lawn Boys.
Like both Tom and Lewis, golf has always been a part of my life. It began from a young age with plastic golf clubs in the kitchen and then onto the real deal. Golf has always been my biggest passion.
Working in a garden is something I had done in the past and the occasion lawn cut for my family – for me this is all I ever thought it would be. Unknown to me at the time, this was just the beginning of my journey in the lawn care industry. With my passion for golf and a small amount of experience working in the garden it lead to me working at my local golf course… but now is the time to change that up a bit.
I have always loved being outdoors and active so what a great opportunity it is to join Tom and the team on the journey to creating a beautiful lawn for you.

Hi my name is Megan Withnall the Social Media and Marketer for Lawn Boys
Being a part of a successful business is something I have always strived for since starting secondary school, stemming from when I set up my first beauty brand and business at the age of 16. I loved creating and displaying a brand through the expression of different media forms.
Through studying a business degree at university I found my true passion for marketing and working in the social media space, I immersed myself into the digital world and learnt how to develop, digitalise and conceptualise physical ideas and philosophies from paper to screens on websites and social media platforms.
With a close pre existing relationship with the Lawn Boys team and a portfolio of marketing skills, expertise, experience and knowledge, my role within the Lawn Boys team is supporting them with conveying their passion, dedication and determination in their work into supporting them through social media development and advertising.
